WHAT TYPES OF SERVICE DO YOU OFFER?
Prior to service, a Registered Nurse will come to your home for a free assessment and to set up a quality schedule. We offer personal care, socialization, and live-in assistance.

ARE YOUR WORKERS BONDED AND INSURED?
Yes, every Home Care 24-7 Team member is bonded and insured.

CAN WE MEET THE HOMEMAKER-HOME HEALTH AIDES?
Yes. It is up to you and your family who we send to take care of your needs. We will provide a number of employees for you to interview.

HOW ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES PRE-SCREENED?

At Home Care 24-7, we take pride in our team, led by professionals with extensive home care experience. Our rigorous hiring process includes criminal background checks, verification of employment history, a meticulous screening process, personal interviews, physical exams, tuberculosis screening, and a competency test. Home Care 24-7 requires no less than three (3) references from each employee, and is highly selective in the candidates that we accept to be a part of the Home Care 24-7 Health Care Team.

ARE THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF HOURS WE HAVE TO SCHEDULE?
There is a two-hour minimum.
